Investment Banking Associate
Yellowstone Capital Advisors, LLC

Yellowstone Capital Advisors provides buy-side and sell-side investment banking services within the business process outsourcing, customer experience, and logistics and fulfillment industries. We are actively seeking a driven and hardworking professional to join our team as an Investment Banking Associate. In this role, the Investment Banking Associate will support business development and transaction execution activities.

Responsibilities

The Investment Banking Associate will:

  • Perform valuation and financial modeling for sell-side and buy-side transactions
  • Analyze client financial statements and fundamentals
  • Conduct due diligence related to transactions, create transaction materials, manage client data rooms, and develop presentations and confidential information memorandums
  • Conduct economic, industry, and company research and analysis in support of quarterly report on state of the industry
  • Perform marketing and business development activities to attract new clients

Qualifications

  • Desire to grow, learn, and exhibits strong leadership qualities
  • Driven to be successful and contribute to a fun and high performance culture
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years of financial experience (either audit, investment banking, transaction services, business valuations or internal corporate finance roles)
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • CPA preferred but not required
  • BPO industry experience a big plus
