TREVOR ALLEN
Managing Director

Trevor Allen has over 20 years of operational, financial, executive leadership, and M&A experience with the top Customer Experience, Business Process Outsourcing, and financial restructuring and turnaround firms, including Qualfon, APAC Customer Services, and Alvarez & Marsal LLC.

As the Chief Mergers & Acquisitions Officer at Qualfon for 7 years, he led the company through five successful acquisitions more than doubling the company’s size. Over half of those transactions were “private looks” for assets not represented by sell side investment bankers resulting in attractive valuations.

As the CEO of Perceptis LLC, an education technology and services company owned by Frontier Capital, he led the company through a multi-year turnaround, successful capital raises, and ultimately an exit to BlackBoard Students Services & Providence Capital.

While at Alvarez & Marsal, he worked on mid market and multi-billion dollar M&A buy-side and sell-side transactions.

He’s worked with corporate entities across the United States, Asia, Mexico, and Europe, operating in and completing transactions in the USA, South America, Central America, the Caribbean, and Asia.

Trevor’s roots are planted among the mountains in Jackson Hole, Wyoming where he serves on several companies’ board of advisors, mentors aspiring entrepreneurs, and gives back through community service and philanthropic projects in the USA and Mexico.

SAM SCHWARTZ

Director

Sam Schwartz serves as Director at Yellowstone Capital Advisors, where he advises founder-led and middle-market businesses through strategic transactions within the Customer Experience sector. Based in Jackson, Wyoming, Sam brings three years of investment banking experience and plays a key role in positioning companies effectively in the investor marketplace.

At Yellowstone, Sam leads disciplined transaction execution from initial strategic positioning through closing. His approach combines analytical rigor with thoughtful client engagement, ensuring founders are supported, prepared, and confident throughout complex processes. Sam has advised companies across operationally intensive, service-driven sectors and is known for his steady leadership, precision, and ability to navigate dynamic transaction environments.

Sam holds six years of experience as a business operator founding two consumer businesses that have achieved $1M and $2M in annual revenue. His experience in operations enables him to advise companies with a deep understanding of real world applications.

Outside of Yellowstone, Sam spends his time in the mountains surrounding Jackson, Wyoming. He was a professional big mountain skier for 10 years prior to his business career. He now enjoys skiing for fun, achieving new mountaineering feats, running 100 mile & 200 mile ultra marathons, and bow hunting.

Tyler Case
Investment Banking Associate

Tyler Case is an Investment Banking Associate at Yellowstone Capital Advisors, where he specializes in sell-side M&A advisory. He supports founder-led and mid-market companies through every stage of the transaction process, from financial modeling and buyer outreach to diligence coordination and closing.

Prior to joining YCAP, Tyler spent two years as an investment banking analyst at a firm focused on financial services transactions. There, he developed deep experience in valuation analysis, financial modeling, and transaction execution.

Tyler holds an undergraduate degree in Finance and brings a strong analytical foundation to his work. He is particularly adept at translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for business owners and investors.

Outside of the office, Tyler is an avid trail runner and endurance athlete, having completed multiple 100 mile & 200 mile ultra marathons. He brings that same discipline and perseverance to his work with clients.

George Ketterer
Manager Investment Banking

George Ketterer serves as Manager, Investment Banking at Yellowstone Capital Advisors, where he focuses on sell-side M&A advisory for founder-led and middle-market businesses, particularly within the BPO, customer experience, and offshore services sectors.

George brings both operating and advisory experience to his work. Prior to joining YCAP, he supported global audit and consulting firms, including KPMG and RSM, and spent time in India building and scaling offshore BPO delivery operations as part of a platform designed to grow to over 5,000 FTEs.

That experience provides a practical understanding of how buyers evaluate offshore delivery models, conduct diligence, and assess value in transaction processes. He works closely with founders and management teams to position operational strengths in a way that resonates with investors and strategic acquirers.

George holds a Bachelor of Arts from Franklin & Marshall College and contributes to the development of YCAP’s AI-enabled tools designed to streamline diligence and improve transaction outcomes.

MARISOL SANCHEZ
Director of Program Management

Marisol Sanchez serves as Lead Manager at Yellowstone Capital Advisors, where she oversees project execution and client engagement across multiple transactions. With more than 30 years of corporate leadership experience, she brings a strong background in operations, strategy, and relationship management. At YCAP, Marisol focuses on guiding clients through critical stages of the M&A process, ensuring seamless coordination between advisory teams and stakeholders.

ADAM KING
Strategic Advisor, BPO Investment Banking

Adam serves as a Strategic Advisor, BPO Investment Banking for Yellowstone Capital Advisors, and is located in Holladay, Utah. With over 30 years of accounting and finance experience, he has spent the last 20 years focusing primarily on Deal Desk Support within the BPO Industry. He has a keen understanding of the global nature of the industry with a specialization in pricing, real estate, contracts, shared services, and back-office. Adam is committed to his work and tirelessly tends to the details for all projects he is involved in.

Before joining Yellowstone Capital Advisors, Adam spent 20+ years working in Business Enablement functions within the BPO Industry. Before this experience, he worked in the banking and the powersports software industry. He has directly supported books of business ranging from $115M to $2.2B in annual revenues in over 30 countries within the BPO Industry. He has also built and managed teams that span 7 countries and 4 continents.

Adam attended Westminster College in Salt Lake City, where he received his MBA and BS in Accounting. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and dogs, being involved in youth sports, and unwinding on the beach.

Board of Advisors

We are honored to have an executive board of advisors consisting of some of the industry’s most successful and honored executives. The board advises our management team on furthering the success of the firm with expertise in executive coaching, business development strategy, M&A market analysis, and strategies for creating a fun high performance workplace. To avoid conflicts of interest, our Executive Board of Advisors do not hold any positions where they currently have authority over purchasing or selling decisions at any of our buy side or sell side clients or prospective clients.

CHAD CARLSON

With 30 years of experience in the CX industry, Chad is a successful CEO for public and private companies. Chad was the CEO of Startek while it was purchased by private equity firm Capital Square Partners. Chad was also the CEO of ResultsCX while it was purchased by private equity firm ChrysCapital. Chad was also a COO at ClientLogic when they acquired the public company Sitel to merge into the private company Sitel.

GREG HOPKINS

A 30-year veteran in the CX industry, Greg has served as Chief Client Officer growing existing accounts and strategically adding new ones at TTEC, Stream Global Services (now Concentrix), and Alorica. At TTEC, Greg lead the organization from $700M to well over $1B during his tenure.   While at Stream Global Services, he was part of a leadership team that turned the business from negative growth and EBITDA to industry leading numbers in both categories leading to an acquisition by Convergys, which is now Concentrix.

JOHN CHAPMAN

With 25 years of experience in the CX industry, John is a Charted Accountant and was the CFO of Sykes prior to and through its sale to Foundever. John brings tremendous financial experience to help our sell side clients analyze their financial options and prepare their financial operations for a successful merger or acquisition transaction.
